COLD LASER

Our Newest, Most Powerful Erchonia Laser Yet!

FDA-Cleared for Chronic Low Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, and Chronic Heel Pain

Cold Laser or Low-Level Laser

Erchonia-Base-Station-LaserThe German physicist and biophysicist Fritz Albert Popp was the first person to indentify the frequency of the biophoton radiation that radiates from the human body at 635nm. This biophoton radiation belt extends about an inch and a half around the average person, extending further around the heart and head, much as religious paintings show aurus around the spiritual people’s heads. It is said that the more advanced the person, the further the aura extends outward from the body.

The diode laser emits the same wavelength of frequency as the healthy human body, 635nm. Therefore this is the LLL (low level laser) we use. This promising tool is called the cold laser, the soft laser, the low-power laser, or the low-level laser. The term, LASER, is an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation. All Lasers emit coherent, focused light that travels in a narrow beam in one direction. High Power, “hot” lasers have larger, high energy waves that have catabolic effects that can deliberately destroy tissue in cauterizing and surgical applications. Low Power, “Soft,” “Cool,” or “Cold” lasers have low power, smaller waves that have anabolic effects that promote rapid reduction of pain, accelerate healing time, and accelerate growth and repair.

Cold lasers are not capable of producing thermal damage in tissue. Cold lasers have stimulative effects rather than destructive ones. They are totally safe for both doctor and patient without negative side-effects.

One of the first experiences with laser treatment in the 1970’s as it was introduced by Dr. Sheldon Deal, proved that the cold laser could do everything the needle in acupuncture could do, far better than acupressure, or magnets at acupoints. It was also discovered that the laser could be used on NL (neurolymphatic) and NV (neurovascular) points as well as some subluxations with beneficial therapeutic effects. Combined with synergies among nutritional and other treatment modalities, a success rate ranging from 70-90% was achieved.

HOMEOPATHY

WHAT IS HOMEOPATHY?

Homeopathy is a natural science, using various plant, mineral, or animal materials to stimulate an ill person’s natural defenses. Homeopathy is based on the law of similar, “Simila Similibus Curener” or “Like Cures Like”-that is, if a substance can cause symptoms of disease in a healthy person then it can heal a sick person suffering from similar symptoms. For example, everyone knows that chopping an onion makes your eyes sting and water and your nose run and burn. A homeopathic preparation of the humble onion, Allium cepa, may be used to cure patients with a cold or hayfever if they too have stinging, watery eyes and a runny, burning nose.

HOW DOES THE CONCEPT OF HOMEOPATHY DIFFER FROM THAT OF CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE?

The homeopath regards symptoms as the body’s healthy attempt to restore itself to balance. That is why a homeopath will choose a remedy that supports the symptoms-rather than opposing them or suppressing them as in conventional medicine. In conventional medicine, the cold or hayfever sufferer is given an antihistamine to dry up a runny nose and watery eyes artificially. Unpleasant side effects like sleepiness and constipation often result. With the correct homeopathic remedy, however, there are no side effects and a person is restored to health naturally with an attendant sense of well-being.

Homeopathy recognizes that each person manifests his or her dis-ease in a unique and slightly different way. That is why two people with the same disease will not necessarily receive the same homeopathic remedy. A cold sufferer with a stopped up nose and dry eyes would receive a different remedy than the one with a runny nose and watering eyes. Unlike the “one size fits all” approach to prescribing often used in conventional medicine, a homeopath chooses a remedy that matches the unique symptom profile of the individual. Conventional medicine seeks to control illness through the regular use of medications; if the medicine is withdrawn, the person’s symptoms return. For example, the daily use of drugs for asthma (or any chronic disease for that matter) alleviates the symptoms but does not cure the underlying problem. In homeopathy, the ideal scenario is that a person needs just enough of the homeopathic remedy to stimulate their healing response. In other words, homeopathy seeks to heal a person so that they do not need any medications—homeopathic or otherwise.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODERN AND CLASSICAL HOMEOPATHY?

Classical homeopathy tries to prioritize symptoms and find a single homeopathy to treat the whole symptom picture that is presented by the client. Modern homeopathy realizes that because of all the stresses in our environment such as electromagnetic waves, radio waves, poor diets, emotional and physical stresses, economic, and global stresses that the body needs more than one remedy to stimulate the body to heal successfully. Modern homeopathy utilizes the multiple-remedy approach to help heal the body.

APPLIED KINESIOLOGY

Applied Kinesiology (A.K.) is an interdisciplinary approach to health care, which draws together the core elements of complementary therapies, creating a more unified approach to the diagnosis and treatment of functional illness. A.K. uses functional assessment measures such as posture and gait analysis, manual muscle testing as functional neurologic evaluation, range of motion, static palpation, and motion analysis. These assessments are used in conjunction with standard methods of diagnosis, such as clinical history, physical examination findings, laboratory tests, and instrumentation to develop a clinical impression of the unique physiologic condition of each patient including an impression of the patient’s functional physiologic status. When appropriate, this clinical impression is used as a guide to the application of conservative physiologic therapeutics.

In general, the applied kinesiologist finds a muscle that tests weak and then attempts to determine why that muscle is not functioning properly. The practitioner will then evaluate and apply the therapy that will best eliminate the muscle weakness and help the patient. Therapies utilized can include specific joint manipulation or mobilization, various myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, meridian therapy, clinical nutrition, dietary management, and various reflex procedures. In some cases, the examiner may test for environmental or food sensitivities by using a previously strong muscle to find what weakens it.

Often the indication of dysfunction is the failure of a muscle to perform properly during the manual muscle test. This may be due to improper facilitation or neuromuscular inhibition. In theory, some of the proposed etiologies for the muscle dysfunction are as follows:

  1. Myofascial or proprioceptive dysfunctions and micro avulsions
  2. Peripheral nerve entrapment
  3. Spinal segmental facilitation and deafferentation
  4. Neurologic disorganization
  5. Viscerosomatic relationships (aberrant autonomic reflexes)
  6. Nutritional inadequacy
  7. Toxic chemical influences
  8. Dysfunction in production or circulation of cerebrospinal fluid
  9. Adverse mechanical tension in the meningeal membranes
  10. Meridian system imbalance
  11. Lymphatic and vascular impairment

In 1964, Dr. Goodheart made an observation that a weak muscle could be treated and the strength immediately improved. From this simple observation, he began a life -long search for other treatment methods that could improve muscle strength. Along the way, he discovered factors that could negatively affect the strength and functioning of muscles. In the beginning, he named this area of investigation and discovery applied kinesiology. He chose to use the term kinesiology, as this implies the study of motion, movement and muscle function. He added the term applied because what he was doing was not the discipline of standard kinesiology.

Applied kinesiology is best described as a technique using muscle testing as a diagnostic tool to augment the examination skills that a health care professional has learned. These findings then allow an integrated approach of differing therapies that are appropriate for the patient.

ALLERGY/SENSITIVITY ELIMINATION and REPROGRAMMING TECHNIQUE (A/SERT)

What is A/SERT? A/SERT (Allergy / Sensitivity Elimination and Reprogramming Technique) is a revolutionary treatment system based on the principles of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Applied Kinesiology (Muscle Response Testing). This technique was developed by Dr. John Brimhall, and is a modification of NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) developed by Dr. Devi Nambudripad. This treatment, in conjunction with the 10-Step Protocol, can bring about dramatic improvement -at times even total elimination- for all types of allergies. It is simple, non-invasive and extremely effective. It is currently practiced by hundreds of health practitioners, including MD’s, nurses, acupuncturists, chiropractors, dentists, and, to some extent, allergy sufferers themselves.

How does A/SERT work? A/SERT is based on the recognition that all things, animate and inanimate, in our universe have their own specific electromagnetic fields due to their atomic and molecular makeup, and that these fields affect each other. This is true for our bodies, rocks, pollen, mold, peanut butter, a flower, water, in short, everything. This electromagnetic energy is associated with meridians (energy pathways) in acupuncture, chi in Chinese Medicine, and can be demonstrated with Kirlian photography. Nuclear physicists can determine the type of atom by its electromagnetic frequency. According to Dr. Devi Nambudripad, this is what happens: Your energy system and brain interpret a particular substance (a diamond ring, a whole wheat bagel, a peanut, hot water, sun light) as potentially harmful to your body, and your body reacts. For other people this same item is totally harmless. Your energy pathways freeze up as a way of defending the body against this unsuitable substance. This in turn blocks your energy meridians and, if this condition continues, the overall functioning of your body suffers.

A/SERT Diagnostics – Our fingertips are very sensitive to the electromagnetic energy of substances with which we come into contact. By placing a sample of a suspected allergen into a person’s hand, and using Applied Kinesiology muscle testing, the A/SERT practitioner can determine whether or not a person reacts “weak” or “strong” to the substance, i.e., whether this substance causes an energy blockage in the patient’s body. Such blockages can cause a wide variety of symptoms, from sneezing and coughing to chronic diseases such as asthma.

A/SERT Desensitization – The A/SERT practitioner stimulates key points along the patient’s spine while the patient is holding the allergen. The doctor stimulates certain meridian points, specific organs and lobes of the brain with a Low Level Laser. A chemical change takes place in the autonomic nervous system, neutralizing any allergic reaction to the substance. A/SERT reprograms the brain and the nervous system, and eliminates your body’s conditioned response to the ‘allergen’. Environmental medicine has been dealing with hidden allergies for several decades. You try to avoid the allergenic substance in your life, you go on a rotation diet, and maybe you can manage. But with A/SERT you can continue to have contact with the very substance that made you sick.

EB 305 – ENERGY BALANCER

EB ProThe EB 305 was designed and developed to restore the body’s energy and balance while facilitating and aiding in its natural detoxification process. This device has been proven in clinical trials to balance and restore the body’s Ph and electromagnetic energy.

How does it work?

The EB uses direct current similar to that of the human body to create an ionic field. The patient places their feet in the bioenergetic water to receive the flow of ions which increases cellular function. Studies have shown that more cellular ATP is produced during treatment which enhances the cells to work and detoxify at a higher rate.

You may benefit from the EB 305 if you suffer from: For more information on this therapy go to www.eb305.com.
